Neurographic art can release give these kinks somewhere to go.
Using simple lines and shaping, we will take a challenge, emotion, or intention and allow it to move from inside our nervous system onto the page. You will round intersections and connect shapes and as you do - something powerful will happen - your brain will form new associations.
This class offers: meditation for those who can't sit still, emotional processing without over-talking, stress release through structured creativity, and a reset for the mind.
No artistic experience is needed, just openness.
